Planned to make a decent render of a past work, and also wanted to learn more about Mudbox 2009's texture and lighting tools. Not bad for a real time preview.

Here's an update of the Octopus Lady, bit still to do before I start texturing.

Realtime as inside mudbox, yes.
As that's exactly what my viewport looks like as I'm painting textures and sculpting.
The head is about 1.5mill polys, with a diffuse/colour, 2 x spec and a gloss map on it.
Mudbox can also use direct game cgfx shaders too, but I haven't messed with that yet.
